We started JC’s Renovation & Construction, LLC with a simple goal, to provide dependable remodeling work that people can count on. Our background comes from hands-on experience in the field, working on real projects and learning what it takes to get the job done right. Over time, we saw a need for better communication, consistent follow-through, and work that truly holds up. That led us to build a business focused on doing things the right way from start to finish.

About Josh (Owner)
Building and improving homes has been a consistent part of my life for as long as I can remember—not as a career at first, but just the way things got done. Whether it was on weekends or in the evenings, whatever needed attention, I was there. I grew up working alongside my dad, helping friends and family update and fix their spaces. That work never felt like a job; it just felt like the right way to spend my time.
As an adult, I spent years as a Service Manager in the automotive industry. I built a strong reputation there for follow-through, caring about the details, and treating people’s time and money with respect. Over time, however, I realized I was more invested in the work I did on the weekends than the career I had built during the week. That clarity eventually pushed me to stop treating home improvement as a side project and step into it fully.

About Our Family
We’ve been doing life together since high school—which means this business isn’t just work; it’s an extension of who we are and how we operate.
We have four kids: three daughters and a son. Our eldest daughter got married last June, and another walks down the aisle next month. Life is full in the best ways possible.
The story continues with our son. After years of building and repairing alongside his dad, he is now taking over our seasonal business (which we’ve run since 2011), building custom cedar picnic tables for residential and commercial use. The work ethic and love for building are being passed down, and we absolutely love witnessing his passion and creativity.
